On November 8, 2021, the House of Logistics and Mobitity (HOLM) in Frankfurt am Main hosted the kick-off event for a transport sector-specific event series around quantum computing, titled „Quantum-Computing in Aviation, Logistics and Mobility“.
The focus of the event was to discuss the potential use of quantum computing in the transportation sector with the aim of protecting the climate and resources as well as increasing efficiency, supply and service. Several PlanQK partners, including the scientific director of the consortium Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c.. Frank Leymann, as well as the companies Frankfurt Consulting Engineers and DB Systel were sought-after speakers and reported on their experiences within the framework of PlanQK.
